ISMAKI 20/04/2009 Isabelle - Scrapbook Page (I made a card...)

This week the lovely, talented Isabelle Norris set the challenge, and I decided to make a card with the sketch. I have used Distress Inks (Scattered Straw, Mustard Seed, Fired Brick, Dried Marigold and Brushed Corduroy). The stamps are from Katzelkraft, Art Journey and Stamp Attack.

Thank you for looking.

ISMAKI 13/04/09 Card Elisa......................

ISMAKI challenge again, and a lovely sketch from Elisa.
This week we have been asked to send our card to a sick child via PostPals - a great idea! Mine will be in the post tomorrow. Please check PostPals out - it is a wonderful idea, and means that with just a little of your time you can brighten a day in the life of a child that is very ill or in pain.

My card is stamped with Sarah Kay, and coloured with Prismacolor pencils and Sansodor.
The papers are Basic Grey. The word is stamped with Technique Tuesday.

Thank you for looking

Another card by Jenni..............................

This is a Birthday card Jenni made for a cancer survivor - it is the Pink Ribbon Challenge.
The stamps are Heidi Swapp, Hero Arts and Technique Tuesday. The paper is Basic Grey.
Thank you for looking, and for your comments.

A card by Jenni.................................

Jenni made this card for her son's 8th birthday. It is so lovely!
She used Hero Arts and Kars stamps, and coloured with Prismacolour pencils.

I send all your comments on to Jenni, so please feel free to leave a comment for her.

ISMAKI 06/04 Delphine ..........................

This week is more of a challenge for me. ISMAKI are now alternating between a scrapbook page sketch one week, and card sketch the next (although you can do either each week). I thought this was an ideal opportunity to get on with some scrapbook pages for my niece, Sian. This was her as a baby, with my sister, Sally. Scrapping is not normally my thing, so it is a lot harder for me! Still, I have tried, and I am rather pleased with the result.
I used K&Co, Bazzill and Basic Grey papers. I have sprayed some of the papers with Glimmer Mist (Pearl). The big swirl and heart are Grungeboard. The Laugh stamp is Technique Tuesday, and the stamped swirl is from
Katzelkraft. The flowers are Prima and the ribbon was in my ribbon box!
Thank you for looking.
