Battenberg Cake

I tried baking a Battenberg cake today. It was rather fun, although it's a bit wonky.
I didn't have pink food colouring, so I used red, but it came out brown... next time I'll just do vanilla and chocolate! Tastes fine though.

  1. OK, it worked! Wonky and all, it is a Battenburg! Unusual colour for red to turn but I agree choc and vanilla would be a good combi too! Looks yummy.. LOL
