This week, Michelle Webb's first creation has inspired me to make this card.
I seem to be a bit short of PA stamps this time (I guess I need to buy more :))
I had great fun making it (getting very messy), but I am not sure if I like it, it seems a bit busy to me.
I have created the background with Guacamole, Zesty Zing, Pumpkin Soup, Smoked Paprika and Brown Shed Fresco Acrylic Paints.
The flower die is Grunge Flower 1.
I have stamped with a mix of Hot Pick 1009, Bricks Mortar 1, Mini 44 and Tim Holtz Nature's Moments.
Ths is so effective; I love the way you have the Hot Pick shape highlighting the flowers. I never would have thought of that! Maybe you will win, then you will have more stamps to choose from!

It looks beautiful Trish! Hope you win some more stamps! xx
ReplyDeleteThe flower shape is a clever idea and I love the stamping on the page, matching so well the background colours.
ReplyDeleteFor me your card is perfect like that !! Really gorgeous !! Have a lovely week-end, Coco x

ReplyDeleteI like it Trish, I don't find it too busy at all! I like your clever use of the flower shape to draw your eye to that part of the card, I would never have thought of that. Great colours! Gosh how sad that you have so few PA stamps :) we'll have to see what we can do about that in May.... Maybe you'll win a whole bunch too - good luck. I'm enjoying all your new cards :)
