PaperArtsy challenge : Grunge Paste

The current challenge over at PaperArtsy is Grunge Paste. Messy and fun!
I have created a card that has drawn from many places : Jo Firth-Young, Wanda Hentges and Lou Collins.
I started with smoothy white stamping card, and put grunge paste through a honeycomb style stencil. I then painted with Fresco paints (pumpkin soup, haystack, yellow submarine and tango)
I sanded back the paint over the grunge paste and highlighted with treasure gold (an idea from Leandra in her GP intro)
The stamps are JOFY mini 44 and JOFY collection 30.

  1. Love that texture and those bees Trish, great card! x

  2. Lovely card Trish, bees are so cute! xx

  3. What a lovely card. It reminds me of warm summer days and honey, Love the Grunge Paste gives.xx

  4. a great card - just right for a sunny afternoon like today xx

  5. how lovely! Great colours and love the bees! Makes me long for some sunshine! Cx

  6. Fun page! The Treasure Gold spice things up, but the stamped bees and honeycomb texture made it brilliant already!

  7. This is so pretty! I love the texture and the details. Great colour combination.
