The week I chose France's #2 challenge as inspiration for my card.
Like France, I used Tim Holtz Terminology Tissue Wrap, then applied Fresco Paints (Beach Hut, Pumpkin Soup and Inky Pool) with a baby wipe.
I used texture paste (still not grunge paste *gasp*) through a circles stencil, then coloured them with Portfolio Oil Pastels.
